AI and automation systems your team runs on its own.

I build custom solutions, train teams and advise. Same method every time: from assessment to handover to your team.

No pitch. A diagnostic conversation. Oopsify: a chat with an AI, no signup, a report by email.

Who this is for, and who it is not for

A fit if

  • people repeat the same process by hand: invoices, enquiries, reports, moving data
  • the solution must stay in your team's hands, not a vendor's
  • you can commit one person's time to decisions and the pilot

Not a fit if

  • you want the cheapest chatbot just to have one
  • you want it all done without your team
  • you need AI for a presentation, not for work

[Needs data: methodology name]: the method in one screen

Five stages: assess the solution, test it on real data, turn it into a system that runs every day, then hand it over to your team.

  1. Assessment

Where is the most manual work today?

  2. Priorities

What to automate first, and why?

  3. Pilot

Does it work on your real data?

  4. System

How does it run every day, without me?

  5. Handover

Can your team run and extend it on its own?

Three ways to work together

Same method. What differs is how much I do and how much your team does.

  • Solutions

Companies with a repeating manual process that want a system that stays in their hands.

A running system in your environment, documentation, a trained team.

  • Training

Managers who have to make decisions about AI, and teams who will use it every day.

A team that can use the tools in its own work and evaluate the next idea without outside help.

  • Consulting

Leaders who have to decide whether and where to adopt AI, and companies that build with their own team or provider.

A process assessment, a prioritised plan with reasoning, and a clear next step.

Common questions

What is your method?

It is a five-stage process in which an AI or automation solution is assessed, tested on real data, turned into a system that runs every day, and handed over to your team. The stages: assessment, priorities, pilot, system, handover.

[Needs data] Q1: method name and confirmed stage structure.

How long does each stage take?

Implementing an automation usually takes 1–3 weeks, depending on scope. The free Oopsify audit takes about 10 minutes. The other stages depend on the size of the process and on how quickly your side makes decisions.

[Needs data] Q1: typical duration of each stage, if they should be published separately.

How is this different from a typical AI implementation project?

In three ways: the tool is chosen after the process is assessed, not before; the pilot runs on your real data, not on a demo; handover to the team is a separate stage with its own deliverable, not the last day of the project.

Does it work if we have never used AI?

Yes. The first stage is a process assessment, not technology, so prior experience with AI is not required. The first solution is usually simple, and its purpose is to show how this works in your environment.

Where do I start?

One of two ways: book a 30-minute call, or run the free audit on Oopsify first. Oopsify is my own product: a 10-minute chat with an AI about how your work runs, no signup, and a report with recommendations arrives by email. After the audit we go through it on a short call, and if you want to continue, I build what is needed.

All questions

The work is done when your team uses the system, maintains it and can evaluate the next idea without me.

Let's talk about where the most manual work is in your business.

A 30-minute call. You show me how the process runs today. I tell you what I would automate first and what I would leave alone.

No pitch. A diagnostic conversation. Oopsify: a chat with an AI, no signup, a report by email.
