Context
Most businesses do not realise how much of what they do can already be automated with AI. The usual way to find out is a conversation with a consultant, which takes time, trust and often money before anyone knows whether there is anything to automate at all.
Oopsify came from that observation: help a business see where it loses time before any commitment. It is the first stage of my method, the assessment, turned into a self-serve tool.
Challenge
The assessment has to be specific enough to be useful and light enough that a person finishes it. It cannot ask for passwords or sensitive data, cannot take an hour, and cannot end in a signup form.
Approach
Three steps, as the user sees them:
- Chat with the AI. About 10 minutes: no forms, no signup, just a conversation about the day-to-day. Works for teams and for people working solo.
- Analysis. The AI looks at the business, including its website if there is one, and finds the tasks being done the hard way.
- Report. A personalised automation plan arrives by email: what to automate and how much time it would save.
After the report I offer a short call to go through it. If the business wants to move forward, I build what is needed. The audit only asks general questions about the workflow, and the user's information is never shared with anyone.
Built with Next.js, in two languages (Lithuanian and English), hosted on Vercel. An AI agent runs the conversation; the report is generated and sent automatically.
Results
- The audit takes about 10 minutes, compared with a consultant call that has to be scheduled.
- No signup and no credit card: the user starts immediately.
- The report with specific recommendations arrives by email, not through a sales call.
- Available in Lithuanian and English.
What the team now does on its own
The business gets, on its own and without me, the answer to the method's first question: where the most manual work sits today and what is worth automating first. The report stays with them whether or not we work together afterwards.
