Custom AI and automation solutions for businesses

Matas Beniušis builds custom AI and automation systems for your process, in your environment, and hands them over to your team with documentation and training.

No pitch. A diagnostic conversation. Oopsify: a chat with an AI, no signup, a report by email.

The problem you arrive with

You have a process people do by hand every day or every week: copying data from emails into a system, checking invoices, answering the same enquiries, compiling the same report.

You have tried tools, but they either do not connect to what you use, or they are maintained by the one person who set them up.

You want a solution built for your process, running in your systems, that you can change without me.

What you get

  • A process map and a brief for the first solution: what it does, what it does not do, how it is measured
  • A working prototype tested on your real data, with pilot results
  • A system in your environment: integrations, error handling, monitoring
  • Documentation written for the people who will use and maintain the system
  • Team training and handover: access, code, a list of next steps

How it runs on the method

This service uses these stages of the method, in this order:

All five stages. This is the only service in which I build the system.

What working together looks like

  1. Call and assessment

We start with a 30-minute call. If I see a case, I assess the process: I talk to the people who do it and look at the systems it runs in.

  2. Priorities and brief

We agree where to start and write down what the first solution will do, what it will not do, and how we will measure the result.

  3. Pilot on real data

I build a prototype and run it on your cases. We measure errors and time saved. We decide: build or stop.

  4. System

The prototype becomes a system in your environment. Your IT person or provider sees what runs where.

  5. Handover

I train the team to use and maintain the system. I hand over access, code and documentation. Together we list the next steps.

Who on your side is involved

  • A decision-maker: takes part in the assessment, the priorities, and the decision after the pilot.
  • One or two people who run the process: take part in the assessment and the pilot, and learn in the handover stage.
  • An IT person or provider, if you have one: takes part in the system stage, provides access.

Duration: Usually 1–3 weeks, depending on scope.

What I build

The four kinds of system I build most often. Which one fits you becomes clear in the assessment stage, not before it.

  • Workflow automation. I connect the tools you use and automate the repetitive tasks that eat your team's time. Built on n8n.
  • AI agents and chatbots. Custom AI assistants that handle customer questions, qualify enquiries or process data around the clock.
  • Data pipelines. Automated data collection, cleaning and reporting, so nobody copies between spreadsheets.
  • Web scraping. The data you need from any website, structured and delivered where you want it.

My own product, Oopsify, is built from the same parts: an AI chat agent that analyses a business and its website, and an automated report by email.

Proof

[Needs data] Q5: one real example for this service (client or sector, situation, what was done, measured result). Nothing is shown without permission to publish.

Who it is for

A fit if

  • the process repeats at least a few times a week and people do it
  • the data the process needs already exists in some system or inbox
  • you want the code and access to stay with you

Not a fit if

  • you want a chatbot on the website for its own sake, with no specific process behind it
  • the process changes every week and nobody can say how it should run
  • you have no one who can give time to the pilot

What it costs

Most automations cost from a few hundred to a few thousand euros, depending on the complexity of the project. You get a clear quote before any work starts. After handover I provide support and documentation so your team can run the system on its own.

Questions

Is this just another chatbot?

No. The solution is built for a specific process: it takes data from one place, processes it, writes it to another, and alerts a person when it is unsure. A chat interface appears only when that process needs one.

What happens when the system makes a mistake?

The system is designed to hand doubtful cases to a person rather than guess. In the pilot stage we measure how often that happens and decide whether it is acceptable before building the system.

Will it connect to what we already use?

Integrations with your existing systems are part of the system stage. What is possible and what it costs becomes clear in the assessment, once I see which systems you use and whether they have APIs.

Which tools and models do you use?

Workflow automation is built on n8n. AI models and other tools are chosen after the assessment, for the task, the sensitivity of the data, and the cost. The choice is written into the solution brief.

[Needs data] Q18: default AI model vendors.

Can you show what you have built?

Yes. My own product, Oopsify, runs in public at oopsify.io: you can try it yourself in 10 minutes. The Work page describes it as a product: what it is, how it works, what it is built from. Client projects are shown only with permission to publish.

What if something breaks after handover?

After handover I provide support and make sure the system runs smoothly. Everything is documented so your team understands how the system works and can maintain it.

Updated

Let's talk about where the most manual work is in your business.

A 30-minute call. You show me how the process runs today. I tell you what I would automate first and what I would leave alone.

No pitch. A diagnostic conversation. Oopsify: a chat with an AI, no signup, a report by email.
